im looking at a 250r with some mods to it.
esr 265cc pv cylinder w trx5 porting
trx5 pipe
28mm mikuni carb
rad valve
stock arboxw/lid on
he had it dynoed at 48hp
but my question is:
if i buy it, can i send the cylinder to esr and have it modified to 370cc? or could any shop do it?
