EHS Racing airbox lid vs. K&N Powerlid

I'm sure the EHS doesn't let as much air in as the K&N powerlid, but I'm sure the EHS filters the air better. I'm thinking I want the K&N, but what do you think is a better choice?

I have the ehs cover, it is nice but you will have to replace the outerwears piece every so often because it loses its water repellent after riding alot. haven't tried the k+n but i did like the ehs for what i was looking for. you can spray water through the ehs with a hose but it does bead off if you are just hitting puddles or mud when riding. thats just from what i've noticed. hope this helps
