i took the baffle out of my 07 450 and now the head pipe glows red at night... i never seen it with the baffle in at night to see if it glows.... is this okay or no? am i gonna **** my bike up if i ride it like this? please help and thanks

I have a full Bil Balance pipe and it glows red in the front as well. Jetted to perfection. Doesn't cause me any problems.

No didnt re jet at all... i am gonna put a full alba exhaust on it tomorrow and ideas what kind of jets, etc.?

If you take a stock motor and make it flow more air (taking the baffle out) without giving it more fuel its obviously going to run lean, which means run hotter.

You'll get more power, and run cooler, if you simply go up a couple jet sizes on the main (with the baffle out).

As for a full exhaust, i've never had a YFZ. So i couldn't help you there.
