We rebuilt the motor putting in a new piston and rings and valve seals and cam chain. well the guy that did it got it running but it wasn't right it chattered really bad. he had one of the the valves set at like .020 and the rest were close to what they were suppose to be. they are suppose to be at .005 and .004. Now that i put the valves where they are suppose to be the darn thing won't crank up. any ideas on what the guy could have done wrong when he rebuilt the motor or why it won't run with the valves set up right now?
