Considering buying a kfx 450 need help

I"m considering this quad or the ktm. The ktm is alot more money, but I like both. I wanted to know what you guys think of yours, and what are the major/ minor issues if any? and what are the must do mods?

alot of folks would have a ktm if it didnt cost so much ha ha, but on a normal persons budget if you gotta have the ktm motor id say outlaw but in the big 4 id say the kawi is the way to go. so theres all kinds of ways to go with it

ya, ktm is expensive, thats why I"m really considering the kawi. how is it for trail/woods riding?

i have the kawi 450r, i just bought mine last friday. it runs awesome, but there is vibration, but man up and get over it lol. its fast, and the only compaint i would have with the quad is that my front shocks sqeak a little and from the vibration one of the bolts on my rear fenders came off. O and one more thing is check most of the bolts because some are not tight all the way, like the heal gaurds.

how is the low end torque? Is there any must do mods?

the low end torque on these is ridiculous. i like it but i think its a bit much. im most likely gunna go up to a 15t front so its no pinned so fast(btw while i said that my quad is stock performance wise but would a 15t still leave me enough torque so that i wouldnt bogue down or lose too much torque???)

seriously i try to think of new ways to put it everytime i post a post like this and here it goes.....you know how ktm makes the most out of the box ready to go mx quad, i think on the other side of the fence, kawi makes the most out of the box ready to go xc quad.

i do muddin, boggin, climbin, and all that good stuff, and of all the quads ive had the kfx takes it in most stride dont get me wrong, i havent lost one yet, but anyway the kfx is just one good all in one machine.

yeah....but they had me fooled!! ive heard/read nothing yet of their trail capabilities but plenty about mx coverage and the status of it,

maybe well hear more when the mx model comes out, its not that big of deal to me im not gonna have either ktm till like 2011 when i can just buy one used...and i surely am not trading the kawi for a new one

Adam McGill? GNCC? You haven't read or heard anything about the KTM in XC???? MX is for sissys anyway.:D
