I am finally having to let go of my 1987 Quadzilla. I bought a dune buggy so something must go. I got this machine back in 1989 and have had tons of fun riding in the sand. There is not one part of this machine that has not been gone through, rebuilt or replaced since I have owned it. This quad is very fast and is not for the inexperienced rider. I will be selling this quad as is with no warranties as it is a high performance machine and I cannot control how it is ridden once it is out of my hands.

I have completely gone through this machine from frame up and have replace all worn parts. I will try to list all of the things I have done to it here.

NEW-
OEM plastic fenders- not the cheap Maier stuff.
Replaced front suspension bearings with polyurethane bushings.
Painted frame with Chroma-base paint-over $250 invested.
Tires and rims-ITP .190 aluminum rims with Pro-trak radials on the front and
20-10-10 Turf Tamers on the rear.
Fuel line and vent lines.

Other performance parts include:
.080 over Wiesco piston and rings.
Jug ported and polished.
Paul Turner pipe with Fatboy silencer.
Keihn 39PWK carb with K&N filter.
Boysen reeds.
Twist grip throttle with new cable.
Alumalite handle bars.
Ricky Stator stator.
Ignition pulse trigger.

I have also replaced within the last 50 hrs of riding:

Clutch basket with barrnet clutch plates.
Crank main bearings.
Rod and bearing.
Rebuilt transmission with new shift drum and shift shaft.
Swing arm bushings.
Rebuilt rear shock with heavy duty spring.
Rear axle bearings.

Also included are a set of sand tires:

Skat trak 8 paddle Taller Haulers 22-11-10 on Douglas rims.
Dune Tracker 22-8-10 on Douglas rims.
Many spare parts including rims tires and other parts if you want them.

I can email better and more pics if you want them!!

I am asking $3600 as there are a lot of new parts on this machine. You can start it and go out and smoke any semi built Banshee and any 4 Stroke out there!! This machine is sand ready. This has been a good machine and I hate to get rid of it, just getting to old to ride it the way it is supposed to be ridden. If you have any questions you can call me at 620-245-8304. I am located in McPherson

Thanks for looking!!!
