Fox Racing helmets

I just ordered a fox racing V3. I was told by a friend of mine that they run small is this true? My HJC is a large and the V3 I ordered is also a large. Do you think I will have a problem...

that is exactly what happened to me...I wear an HJC Carbon Fiber Large. I ordered the Fox one for trail riding. I had to send it back. I also didn't like how close the lower chin protection portion felt to my face.
