can someone run a vin number for me?

I have the chance to trade my 400 for a 450, but my neighbor bought it from a guy that said he was making payments on...

I just am curious what comes back from the vin number, hopefully open and clear, but I am affraid it will not!

I can PM someone with the vin if they have a car fax or whatever it is account to check these things out.
