is it reliable? how fast is it? is it kick or electric start?

very reliable for a 2 stroke. it is kickstart, will start in about 4 or 5 kicks when the motor is cold. i would say it is just a tad slower than a stock 400ex. it is stock to my knowledge as far as engine bore and headpipe, carb, and reeds, so there is a lot more power to be gained.
