Anybody have any insight on these? There was a couple for sale locally that im intrested in.

I heard they are like inbetween a kx85 and kx125.

How do they handle? Are they a decent size, or small? Is the engine closer to the 125 or 85 as far as power?

Any help would be great.:D

they feel very similar to the 85, ive ridden both

I guess that isnt too bad, because i was on an 85 before and I was somewhat comfortable on it.

Anyone else?

there a little bigger than an 85 but preformance wise the 125 blows it away like it would blow away the 85

My friend has one and its a small frame bike. NO where near the size of a 125. Its still a fun fast bike.

Powerwise the 100 and 85 aren't much different. The 100 is just a little bigger, but nothing like a full size bike. Go to a 125, you'll be much happier.

I had a girlfriend who rode a KX100. It was a freakin' hoot. Nice power and because of the size you could really throw it around. I had a lot of fun on that bike.

They're definitely not a full-sized bike like a 125 would be. But did anyone ever see that video of Ryan Villopoto riding a KX100 at some mx track? He was passing 125's. It was a really fun video....on Transworld Motorcross I think. I looked though and can't find it now. I'm not suggesting a KX100 is the equal of a 125. I'm just saying that if you know how to get 100% out of a KX100 (like Villopoto can) it can be VERY fast.

I know they made a big bore kit for them that was a 130cc?!?!? i believe?!?! And it flat out ripped 125's apart.

You could put Ryan Villopoto on a 50 and he'd still be fast...

I'd MUCH rather have a 125 over a 100. Stock 450r's can't keep up with modded 125's. My buddy's kx134 smokes the stock 450 quads. The 100's just feel like an oversized 80 with the same engine.

Im 5'11" and 220lbs, lol.

I would love to have a 125, it just happens theres some KX100's around here too.

You're way too big for a KX100 unless you just want it as a play-around-on bike.

You are about as big as one of my friends hes like 5'8 or 5'9 220 lbs. he has a kx100 from what he said it will pull him around really good but he hasnt rode bikes for very long. they are pretty small like everyone said. so you should prolly go with a 125. :macho
