How long do you all usually let your clutch plates soak in oil for?

Also dose anyone know the tourqe specs for the right case cover bolts and the clutch spring bolts?

I soaked mine overnight.

I usually do mine over night, just in case. The case cover bolts are are 9 Nm or 80 in-lb. The spring bolts are 12Nm or 106 in-lb.
