TRX440EX Hi-Output Power Package . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $2400.00

This is the kit you've been dreaming about. This kit puts out mid 40's horsepower and has a very wide power delivery. With this kit you are not trading any bottom power for top-end power, it has more throughout. It is set up at 12/1 so you would need to run a minimum of 100 octane fuel.

Kit includes: CT 440 big bore kit, Web Cam race cam, CT Hi-Output pipe and silencer w/ spark arrestor, Keihn 41FCR carburetor, installing short valve guides, 3 Angle valve job, Hardfacing rockers, valve springs w/ titanium retainers, head re-assembly, CT head porting and gasket kit.

I'm just curious what everyone thinks about this kit.I made a copy and pasted it straight from CT Racing and I'm just want to know what everyone thinks about the price and is it worth it for that much money.

My partner had that same package installed in his motor. It was fairly quick, but getting it started was always a pain in the ***!
He sold it to his brother a couple of weeks ago. Also, everyone I know who has dealt with CT, including me on my 330R, has the same sad story to tell. I'll leave it at that.

Just to clarify, in my opinion, CT builds fast and reliable engines. My 330R midrange MX motor has never given me a problem in the 3 years I have owned it. I can cruise around the woods all day on it with the kids or throw paddles on it and surprise alot of Banshee riders at the dunes. It's a great motor, as was my partners 440EX (his was just hard to start). Motor work=A+ Customer Service=F

i think that will put out major power but for the money it costs why not buy a 426 or 450 motor
