I thought those 800's had way more whp than 45.5

with the 09 intake & filter, and the right tune it should make over 50 at the tire. my 650 made 47whp w/ these mods and a muzzys exhaust. now the 650 is an 1107 making over 85 whp.

curious how you made a 650 into an 1107. that sounds like a motor swap to me. I wasn't aware you could bore and stroke any motor that far... double the CCs just about. that's like turning a 450 into an 800cc... or turning a raptor 660 into an 1110cc...

so these things have a 1:1 ratio in 1st gear? or are you starting in some other gear? and I didn't see it posted, is that SAE corrected?

they are full automatic, centrifical clutch, no gears to change, hi & low range gouge it & go!!

ah, CVT, that thing sounds like a beast. I have a 660 and 450 and they sound nice but that thing sounds more like my souped up truck... I want a rumble like that on my raptor lol
