I bought a 2006 new and was hooked instantly. Over the past two years I started doing small mods.

So far I have done A HMF slip on,K&N filter,Dynojets,Outerwears, Hotcam Stage 1, Sparks Timing Key,YFZ450 shocks, DMP graphics, Douglas rear beadlocks with Maxxis Razrs, Motion Pro Twist throttle, Moose Levers, Parking brake block off, AC Pro Peg nerf bars,Renthal Bars and Sprockets,Powermadd Handguards,Armidillo Skids.

Here is what it looks so far, Starting with old pics to new pics.

I've never thought about YFZ shocks before; how do they work? If I didn't already have Axis I would try that. I didn't even know they would work on a Honda but I guess the length is the only thing huh?

the length is not right and you don't get the right amount of travel not to mention the valving is wayyy off

hey how do you like that motion pro twist throttle??? was it easy to install? Im thinkin about getting one

The YFZ shocks Work really well for what i do, which is XC. I like them better than the 450r shocks b/c they are softer and will sit lower. There is a write up on here about the yfz shocks on 400's. As for the Motion Pro twist throttle, I love it. Its really easy to install. It takes maybe 20 mins.
