How To Rebuild A Stabilizer?

Can anyone explain to me what to do to rebuild a stick style stabilizer. I can't even seem to get it apart. I took out the Clips that hold it in but it still wont budge. This is my first time doing this so much help would be aprreciated. Thanks!!

call c&d racing. for around $20 you can get the rebuild kit and it comes with directions. i just did mine, it is pretty simple to do.

That is where I bought the stabilizer from but I am still waiting on the parts. Im sure it's straightforward to do. Thanks
