a-arm help

i am trying to take my a-arms off to get them painted however i cannot get the end of the a-arm out of the spindle. do i need a special tool or am i just not trying hard enough. also am i going to need a special tool to get the end bearings ( the spindle side bearings) out of the a-arm?

any help greatly appreciated thanks.

take a socket that is small enough so the bolt wont fit in and put in inbetween the to bolts on the spindle. Turn the bolts out and they will push together pushing the a-arm part out of the spindle. Either than or buy a pickle fork. Other than those 2 you wont get it out hammering it or anything
