What all to ID Scans at liquor stores do?

I made a purchase at ym local liquor store and they swiped my card which is normal. Then the register printed out a little thing I had to sign? Does that make the bottle traced to my name or does it do somethin else?

your busted man, Buying for minors. LOL... I had to sign somthin like that once too. I was told it had somthin to do with checking if your ID is real. If you sign that paper and it is a fake ID then your prety much ****ed.

Probably, and the paper that you signed probably also made you the liable one if that bottle is found in the possession of a minor.

I read it but didn't understand it too technical. I'm just wondering like is it to check if the id is fake or like fine convicts or what. I'm just wondering because I never signed anywhere else I scan and I found it odd.

They use the crazy barcode on the back of the ID to get into more problematic clubs around here and to buy booze too, if you don't have anything to hide I wouldn't worry about it.

Not sure how they could track any booze back to a specfic purchase, it not like each can has a VIN like you car.... we'll call it a BIN ;)
