I've been to highland park, Going in tomorrow also. Amazing place to practice xc, low key, not alot of people.
Been to Durhamtown-Dirtbike/atv Heaven. Anything and everything to do. Sometimes gets crowded but a great place to practice everything.
I've herd that Mill creek is awsome. Pros go to practice there.
Dont forget to look at www.sorcs.net XC schedule going on right now.

ive been to big cedar, very big track with some cool people running it.
durhamtown is a great place to ride, but the mx tracks arent up to par with some of the other places that are more dedicated to mx, but they are still fun tracks. they trails on the other hand are great, you can just hauls *** all day.
sorcs is a great series to get into. try to make as many as you can!

I've been to Durham town more times then I can count. It's a fun place to ride trails and do some goon riding but the mx tracks are un-groomed hard packed and not hard to ride at all but you can really haul the mail on them. Hit me up when you head out there.
Another place in GA to look into is Monroe MX. It's a dirt bike track but you can still tear it up on a quad. I'm not sure if they have a site or not but go to georgiaoffroad.com to find out info about them and a ton of other tracks.
Let me know when you're in GA i'm always looking for someone to ride with...

It must be nice having all those places to ride at. We don't have anything like that up around here.

The closest one is Mill Creek (30 minutes away) but the other ones range from 45 minutes to 3 hours one way.
I am probably going to build a crude practice track this summer, if I have enough time.
I am about 40 minutes away from the Georgia line leveldrummer.
Thanks for all the info bcg17. I am going to try to hit at least one sorcs this summer.
My 50 y/o dad might even tag along, he is so interested now he wants to buy a quad and get into racing since I told him about what I was doing. ( I am trying to get him to buy the 400ex so I can get something more suited for racing).

No need to sell the 400. If your going to get into alot of xc its a great quad. Its all in the rider. check out my 400, its a long way from done but getting closer everyday.

I have been to Monster Mountain once. It was at a SE quad race back in 06. Very fun track, really looong. Although I may not make it back there anytime soon cause its such a long drive for me.
I have been to durhamtown and just like everyone says. Its got a little something for everyone. I plan on hitting durhamtown again someday.
I live in middle ga. so I have not been to a lot of the northern ga tracks. I guess the most northern track I have ridden at is Bremen which is west of Atlanta.

I had heard that too, but then just recently. Like in the past few weeks I heard someone say that they had heard that Bremen may be letting the quads race again. I think they were doing Saturday night races or something.

Ok, these were a few that are really close.
Has anyone been to those and know that they allow quads?
ChrissCross
Bremen- Are they allowing quads now?
Chandler Mountain?-Do they allow quads?
I looked up the SE quads schedule and I am going to be able to make the mill creek race.
