Well, do your research on esr, they suck for portwork. I have all of what you want for sale on ebay except the esr motor(I'm selling a ct 330 pro-x motor). Ask around on here, if you want a R motor have C-Leigh Racing build it. I haven't heard any complaints, just praise about his work, and he has taken the time to help me with jetting a motor he had never touched. When I finally get the money for a 350pv, it's going to him.
