Yes and no about the nterchangeable You can use 06-07 stuff on a 04-05 BUT NOT stuff off a 04-05 on a 06-07. I have a 05 and run a 06 swinger.Every yr has its issues 04-05 crank bearing,06-07 starter and tranny .There is no bullet proof machine if its taken care of it will last long then if not

Not sure i run aftermarket a-arms, i know the frames are diff

The lower are the same and the uppers are different. If you change the a-arms you need the correct year spindles or the camber will be off.

i like 04's more, and about the a arms, 04s have better spindles so a lot of people with 06's use 04 spindles

If you use 04/05 spindles on 06-08 you need the 04/05 upper a-arms.

are they longer or something?

I don't know if there longer or shorter. I just know the uppers and spindles are different and if you don't ust the right combo it won't be right.
They say the 04/05 front end handles better that is why people do this mod.
