Frame Guards

I was looking through the May 08 issue of Dirtwheels and they have a project 450R with what looks to be carbon fiber frame guards. Does anyone know who makes these?

113 bucks. way to expensive if you ask me. i would just purchase the maier frame guards for a 1/4 the cost
