kins of a dumb question. oil change on a 400ex............

k, heres a dumb question for you all. I need to change the oil on my 400ex. i know where to drain the oil, and refil it. Heres the good question.. where does the oil filter go, the kid i bought it from gave me a bunch, but i have no clue where it goes.. I know this may sound dumb, but im new to the 400's........ any help will be great.....

On the right side crank case there is a plate towards the front of the side about 2" or so in diameter with two bolts holding it in - Take them out and the filter is under it with an o-ring on the cover - Make sure you pay attention to how the filter comes out as there is a right and wrong side to it. Will starve the engine for oil if put in backwards. Hope this helps.
