k, heres a dumb question for you all. I need to change the oil on my 400ex. i know where to drain the oil, and refil it. Heres the good question.. where does the oil filter go, the kid i bought it from gave me a bunch, but i have no clue where it goes.. I know this may sound dumb, but im new to the 400's........ any help will be great.....

sitting on the bike, look down right next to your shin, theres a clutch cover. (cable hooks onto a lever, it moves when you pull the clutch) in front of that is a 2 inch round cover with 2 bolts(small, i think 10 mil, i replaced mine with allen head bolts) take both those screws out, and the cover off (dont pry it, just twist and pull) theres your oil filter. there is a sring in there that will probably fall out when you pull the oil filter, be sure to put that back in before you put the new filter in. reverse the procedure for installation
