How to make throttle easier?

Hey guys, My girlfriend just got an 02 400ex. After a day of riding her thumb hurts and its hard to push the throttle (it is stiff). I lubed the cable and everything and it got a little better but stills needs improved. Im gonna start by getting a new thottle cable. I seen the longer thumb throttles made out of billet aluminum on ebay. Are they any good? What do you guys reccomend?

Install a 450R carb.

the thumb throttle extensions make a huge difference. you could also invest in a dual gasser throttle. i think its made by terry cable, and i think moose makes one. they have both a thumb and a twist throttle on them. there is a couple members on here that have them, but i cant remember who they are.
