oil blowing from breather

so yesterday my '06 er decided to start blowing oil out of the crankcase breather. never did it before. just started out of the blue. can anybody help me with this problem? i would really appreciate it.

Did you change the oil recently? Maybe over filled it?

no i got it figured out. it turned out to be a kinked breather creating pressure in the cases and blowing it out of the other breather.
