You willl need a set of 250r hubs for the axle

Yeah I think so everything will work ecept for some reason the hubs for a 400 and 250r are different

yes eveerything swaps fine, i would recomend getting a good set of aftermarket 250r hubs, over a stock set, i ran a stock set for a while and they cracked, im running durablue now which is not a great improvement but its only when im not using my intergrated hub hipers on the bike.

I have a 250r lonestar axle on my 400ex and i needed to use the 250r hubs and the 250r's threads from the 3 piece axle nut, the one from the 250r is longer than the one from the 400ex.heres a couple pics for you.

Up-date

Did the swap, only problem I ran into are the castle(sp?) nuts on the ends of the axle that hold the hubs on, the stock 400ex ones are too small. Just figured I would let anyone know just incase they use this thread for refrence. Thanks again everyone!
