Having an overheating problem with our '07 MXR 90 Apex. No external leaks.We is completely stock. What can be done, by whom, to get a bit of zippy?

maybe ur jetting is off, when u run lean ur egnine overheats.

We are using a 40 pilot and 115 main jet. Others have used up to a 55 pilot . We have changed nothing since last season and had very little overheating. We've had numerous wp impellers break. Looks good this time. Adjusting timing changes the performance , but still overheats. We are using Torco 110 fuel and have others running that same fuel for the past 2 seasons and they have had no issues, just better performance.
