Wheels and tires

I have a 2005 400ex, it still has the stock tires on it. They are shot and I am trying to buy new ones. Should I buy a wheel tire combo and have some spares or just get tires and either way which tires should i get i ride on dirt trails and sometimes on sand.

i dont no were mount holly is so i wouldnt know...yeah u can ride up here a little bit, its mostly just powerlines but it leads to fields,
