what in the world could be wrong if i have a fully charged battery... everything is all hooked up and i have no power at all??
no headlights, no neutral light, starter wont turn... NOTHING!!!
fuse is good
battery is good
WTF could be wrong??

sounds like a bad ground. check the wire going from the battery to the frame. maybe you could even run a thick jumper wire from batt to a good ground on the motor or frame and see what happens

could be a bad solenoid, you can short it using a screwdriver betwteen the terminals on it or maybe a bad rectifier

How are you sure the battery is good? Have you used a DMM and test loaded it? Alot of times a battery will read good and when it needs to supply a load drop current. Very common in auto's, If infact the battery is new I would jump the selenoid as said. If that did not work I would run cont. test on the harness. If your bat and selenoid are good then you have to have a broke line somewhere but I would say its the bat or selenoid. Just my $0.02 worth.
