Project 440EX Finally Done

Hey guys, I finished my bike up last week, and I raced last night. Last night was prrof a 400 can be ridden at the level of talented 450 riders. I went out and hung in 2nd the majority of the race and then held first after I started doing a jump that the first place LTR450 wasnt doing, and on my 4th lap my chain flew off. Tough luck but I figured Id post some pictures of it finally done.

Kibblewhite Valves
FMF powerbomb with Titanium 4
Engine was completely build by myself. I bpieced it together from scratch, Including the bottom end.


Burgard +2 A-arms
Works Triple rate (180lb)
G-Force +4 axle
Pro-Action Rear shock

Im racing the CRA Ohio Woodsman Class. Which is basically full of 450 riders who won`t race the 4-Stroke quad or the open class.

Nope, its a 400ex frame, and Im racing May2nd,so hopefully I`ll get some sweet pictures of the race up then...

Are you running the Namura 440 kit with the 11 to 1 comp piston?I may see you at a few cra races,"big Game Raceway" is in my back yard,i ride the hs course when i trail ride all the time

Got any better pics of the bike? From the looks of the bike it looks like some higher quality pics would make it look great for us online lol. looks great though.

I do have some better pictures but I do not have a good way of resizing them, anyone want to do that for me so I can post them up. Also Im not sure of the compression, I bought the kit off of a kid who had it and never used it, but I run high octane regardless, so keep the engine cool. I now need a swingarm, sotck or aftermarket, anyone have one?

Thanks for all the comments guys, alot of cblood, sweat, and long miserable nights went into this bike, but it all payed off when I ripped past them 450's.
