Ive heared form a lot of people that on the 07 trx 450r's that if they are started in gear it will mess the starter up just wonder about some info that anyone could give me on this.

I never heard that.

they are fine to start in gear...DO NOT touch the throttle when pushing the magic button though

06 starters are POS's... the 07's are probably better, I'm sure they updated the 07's with the recall they had on the 06's.

I have never had any problem with starting in gear that I haven't had starting in neutral. Make sure your clutch is fully adjusted though...

And like stated before, DO NOT touch the throttle!

yea i know not to touch the gas but ive been gettin kinda annoyed findin neutral all the time so thanks for the help u guys ohh and if u know of any exhausts being for sale tell me about it.
