Wtb/wtt 450r K&n

The title pretty much says it. I have a dual stage Moose foam filter which is in mint condition, no rips. I am wanting a nice K&N filter instead so if anybody has one for a decent price or is willing to trade please let me know.

Must be able to email or post pics and I can do the same if needed.

If you're running a stock 04-05 airbox...use the K&N unit for the 400EX...the 450R K&N filter is a POS. I have 2 ea. 05 450R's & wouldn't use anything but the 400EX filter. I had a TRX450R K&N filter & after it fell off the 1st time (1 minute after being on the quad & the track), I threw it away.

What is the difference between the filter for the two? If they are compatible, then you would think K&N would just use the same filter for both?

Take a look @ the way the 2 units fit the airbox. You'll like the 400ex style much better...long throat that fits up inside the intake tube & wormgear clamp to hold it on tight. Much better than the 450R style.
