Help with jetting

Hi, can someone help me get close on my jetting. I have a Titanium 4 pipe, powerbomb header, open airbox lid, with a uni-air filter. It starts fine, but falls off bad when i get on it. The stock is a 116. Now i have a 126 in it after i put the pipe on. Just dont want to buy jets i dont need. Thanks for the help.

Open air box you want at least a 170, I went to a 178 for my bike.

What year is the quad?

Sorry about that. It is a 05 trx450r.

You need to go up one size on the pilot jet and a 180 or 185 main. Maybe raise the needle one notch.
