Hey i have a '99 400ex with a White Bros. E-series exhaust and a K&N air filter. the quad runs great, it will pull the front tires off the ground through 3rd gear. but every time i go up any kind of incline or pop a wheelie it pours gas out of the overflow. when i say pour i dont mean a drip, i mean a steady stream of gas. what would be wrong with it

well good luck because the floats aren't adjustable...i think its time for a new needle seat.

I found my problem, according to 3 diffrent people I spoke to because I run 123 Octane if I don't run it hard loading up is normal with this high octane fuel. I guess I will just have to deal.

This thing will load up and with no throttle just take off, It has almost left me on my back side 3 times now and I prefer to be on top of the bike not vice-versa.

123 octane shouldn't make fuel run out of the carb. You have a float problem. As in, it's not shutting off the fuel coming into the carb when it should.
