Because 2/3rds of it really isn't all that funny, and then a few people invariably post stuff that is TOTALLY innappropriate.

And when something innappropriate is posted, 90 people reply to it and bicker and forth, fighting for 3 pages long. So rather than edit/delete one or two posts, we have to edit/delete 55 posts over six pages. It's easier to just delete the whole thread.

Wow, I just realized I'm in a REALLY bad mood. I need another beer or twelve...

Yeah mayne, sad part is it's going to be 4 bucks by either the middle or end of this summer I'd almost bet on it.. It's killing the autobody industry right now everyone can't afford to fix their cars anymore.. Tape and string is their solution now :scary: :tired:

Try driving a diesel around. Paying $4.50+ for something that should cost less than regular unleaded... $130 yesterday to fill up and I wasn't even empty.

It was costing me over $500 a month to put gas in my 95 Dodge Ram 4x4 (gas) ..... I finally smartened up and sold it and bought myself a small 03 Saturn Ion. Now it costs me about $150 a month for gas. Might not be able to haul heavy stuff around , but screw it ... it's money in my pocket. :)

With gas costing me 3.35, I can drive for a week, and it costs me 100 bucks even to fill my tank.

Im really considering selling my truck and buying a ranger or S10. I cant afford to drive my truck, but I love having a V8.

93 Dodge Ram, with a 360 Magnum for those who were wondering.

Now, I only use my Silverado diesel when necessary...I used to drive it everywhere pretty much refusing to ride in my wife's VW Beetle TDI. I car pool with a guy to work too but now we arrange the car pool so the days I drive my wife isn't working and I can take her car. I am trying to save anywhere I can so it isn't so bad when I haul the trailer and get 11.4 mpg.

BTW, the Beetle really is a great car. A ton of interior space (if there are only two of you) and hers it getting 47 mpg. I just checked it 2 weeks ago by completely filling it so I could see the level looking down the tube to the gas tank, then running 480 miles and then refilling to the same level. Her car is 3 years old and it hasn't had any issues...only thing we've down is regular maintenance items.
