What kind of intake is that? Does it come with the carb?

thats a rad valve but its already sold. Comes with carb only

I have a 38mm now- on a stock TRX intake boot and it barely fits. Would this fit on it? With my setup, I can't use a CR intake- I tried. Would this make much difference on a 330R? I am guessing it would make a big difference if it's getting a bunch more gas?
