450r qaud tech hood on the EXR

just put a qaud tech 450r hood on the ex plastic and thought i would throw up some pics.

ive always wondered about a 450r hood on a ex. looks nice:macho

yeah i got it off here for $30 so i figured why not try it. i just had to cut the front mounting tabs on the front of the hood and then i heat guned it to make eveything nice and smooth. i took a couple bolts out of the front grills and put rivets through there to secure the hood to the plastic and i use large rivets for the top by the tank.

Looks good, I think it would look better mounted alittle closer to the stem.
It looks like you have a clutch leter by your front frame rail, what is that?

looks kinda like a magura hydro clutch just hanging out in there lol

yeah thats a magura clutch under there that i didn't get a chance to take off yet. i couldn't put the hood any closer to the stem or it would look like crap. it's a 250r engine that i'm still jetting but it crazy fast.
