i came home from school today and my parents told me they sold the good ol' 400ex...i was upset until they told me i was getting another new one...so i chose the Lt-R450..so i have a couple ?s ...is the stock suspension bad? i was told that the suspension up front beats the hell out of you on the track..and that the stock back tires suck also..? thanks :)

I will say this, if you have been riding a 400ex with stock shocks you will think your on a cadilac riding a 2008 ltr.The 06&07 shocks where stiffer.The tires dont hook up very well,you may want to envest in a set of razors.

ive never ridden a zuki 450 before but my buddies have them and they're awesome..any other things i need to know about them? i know about the transmission whine..o and im getting an 07 ...

There are a few forums along with this one that has just about all your questions already answered.Just surf the forums and you will learn alot about this machine.You will be def. happy with your ltr.
