Just wanted to see what everyone has broken so far so that I can keep an eye out for it.
I've snapped a left front hub.
Now it looks like 3 of the 4 rubber stoppers on the OEM shocks are destroyed.
Anyone else have problems with either one of these?

Nothing yet... 11 hours of ride time... not much.
Heard the low gear if used alot can slip on the shaft and they recommend welding to the shaft. I don't use mine much and haven't welded mine.
Some else confirm this?

all 4 axles , twice
both front hubs
front diff
and most resent the top end, due to the ****ty air filter.
but now i have a very well ported head and higher compression wisco pitons and man what a difference.
get a new air filter from someone i like the dragon fire racing one/

F'n polaris quality at its finest. Left front bearing when out. Sucks, had plans for this weekend. I've got less than 11 hours on the rzr, too and most of that is my fiance driving it. Frickin, ridiculous.

both front shocks shot at 30 hrs
remember to tighten all hub nuts before each ride
85 ft lbs
saves bearings
also get the new air filter upgrade
or u will dust the motor

Are you talking about the airfilter that Polaris sent out? ...or something different like K&N, dragonfire, etc... I replaced the airfilter with the one that Polaris sent out, I don't think it is much better.. IMO. If you lose the clamps that hold the lid on, the filter is gone.
"remember to tighten all hub nuts before each ride
85 ft lbs..." that's hard to do, since I have aftermarket wheels with centercaps... :(
I think my shocks are going too. but the plan is a long travel setup anyway.

yes the one polaris sent out
but u are right ,that air box is junk
the clamps are weak and it is in a bad spot
i like the turbo retrofit
puts the airbox up high behind pass seat
if u tighten the hubs once u should be good
im just a little over carefull
just check em once in a while
