Help! I need opinion on what cam to buy?

My friend has an 05 450r, serious port job, Leo Vince X3 exhaust. JE 13.5:1 piston. stock carb. He had an 05 HRC cam in it that went bad (long story) What kind of cam should he buy to replace his HRC, he is looking for a good mid to top end cam, wanting to run stock valve springs. I need your input fast. he wants to race next weekend and we need to order a cam right away monday to get this thing running. thanks

stage 2 hot cam is the route i would go, the quad is eaither 13.1 or 13.8 to 1 thats whats in mine, and it works great.

yeah its CJ's wheeler. i have a stage 2 in mine but hes running a lot higher compression with a full port and polish, and i read that the HRC is a good cam for mild race motors:confused:

I would still run the stage 2.
