I sent an email yesterday to RPM via the website. Within hours, I got a response. We emailed a few times this morning and I placed an order for some custom sized bushings.
I have Hiper rear wheels with integrated hubs. The problem is it is next to impossible to run the 1" and the .5" bushing on the inside to maximize width and still get a cotter pin through the hub nut and axle. If I move the .5" bushings to the outside, it works but then I lose a full inch of width. RPM is making four .25" bushings so I can put one on the inside and one on the outside. I will only lose 1/2" of width which is worth the price of not dealing with the cotter pin issue.
I am not being charged an arm-and-leg for this either. They are doing it cheaper than I could grind down 4 bushings myself.
