You can't. The balljoints aren't removable and they will not hold up to the high heat when baking the powder.

It's not the grease, it's not the rubber boot, it's the plastic bushing inside the ball joint. Now that you messed it up you ball joint will get a ton of play in it and it will become a piece of garbage...

This has been covered in other threads, people have thought they were so great no problem Pc'ing their stock a-arms to find out that the ball joint wears out and gets super sloppy. In some cases the ball joint will wear out enough that it will pull out of the socket.

my dad does custom paintwork for a living so its not like idk what im talkin bout
but im about 90% sure that you can just paint em (not with spray cans from wal-mart) but with real paint ex. dupont and then just put a lot of coats of clear coat on them and it should hold up just fine my dads is gna do my frame like that

ok guys i work at a powder coating shop here in town n i will fully back up ne one dat it does not work at all because the high heat not only breaka down da grease it melts da rubber boot and da ring inside it u r not able to c it until uve rode a couple times it just dnt work ur best bet is to sand the good preimer the piant the then clear coat em kuz the powdering does not work at all

i pc'd mine over a year ago and have alot of time on it and have not had a problem
