how to hook up my kill switch on a 400???

i bought a prodesign kill switch and cant figure out which wire i connect to. i no one goes to ground but where does the other one go. Which color wire is what i mean? i would call my dealer but he is a jerk.

i hear ya on the dealer, mine is a jerk also, which is why next month ill have a suzuki. but the wire you want is one that goes to the coil, i beleive its a black with yellow stripe. just splice it into that one

I used the red and black wire. It is above the batt. I had to add some wire to get it there. I works great and now i wont look like a complet dork when u fall of and then have to go run after the quad ever again.lol:D

the easiest way is to open up your stock killswitch wire and take one of the pro design wires to the stock killswitch and the other to my frame ground. I've done this on my bike and a friends and it works great.
