Engine Questions - jetting

I am building a 2000 400EX that is 0.040 overbore,so a 406. I have done a search and cant find what I am looking for for jetting help for the combo I have.

Again it is a 406 now with a wiseco 11.1 comp piston, Stage 2 Hotcam and a full Pro Circuit T4 exhaust system, Stock gearing. I am from Michigan, so basically 700-1500ft elevation range.

I am looking for what people have used that works, to at least get a starting point..I cant afford to break it.......I usually jet to the safe side.

after reading from jetsrus.com and also many other people have said many things affect jetting, your better of just getting a jet kit and trying your self, i have to jet mine soon and i have no idea wat im doing so im ganna pay a motosports shop 100 for the job

Put the carb back on and run it first. There may be no jetting change needed.

If you run it and find a problem hit us up and will help you through it.

Hopefully we wil be able to start getting the engine back together this weekend..We have a 2 day open house at our Sno-Cross sponsoring dealer we have to work, then Detroit Supercross Sat night, so maybe sunday get started on it.....hopefully quad back togetehr and running in next 2 weeks or less.....

start with a 155 main, then go up or down.
