hey guys! have you heard anything on the 2009 raptors? is there anything being changed or improved? and im thinkin about gettin yfz shocks for my 700/ is that a good choice? thanks for any replys

yea if you have the non resis then the yfz are a good choice. IT will lower the front end about 2 inches though. IMO its not worth the 500+ dollars for the raptor resi shocks.

You won't haveto worry about getting yfz shocks if you are getting a 2008 or 2009, in 08' they changed to ALL raptors having resi shocks ;)

I would disagree with this.. My stock rezzy shocks on my 700 are the best stockers I have ever rode on.. Well worth the extra money and they are much softer then the YFZ 450 shocks.

The YFZ shocks are a nice upgrade. Add a GT Thunder linkage to the back to level it back out and it really lowers the center of gravity.

I like the set-up way better than stock. It does stiffen it up some but after adjusting the shocks its not to bad.
