E Bayed again! 86/87 Swing Arm

Well I bought a Swing Arm for my Sons 4TRX claimed to be a plus 2" Laeger, bought it and measured it ..........same as stock, any bennies to use this swing arm, has no skid plate mounts, dont know how much lighter it is than a stocker yet.
I was getting ready to Mod my sons TRX plus 2" a arms and plus 2" swinger for the dunes, one buddy said stay with stock length, be much better for dunning.

the 86/87 is an 1 1/4" inches longer than 88/89 and should work just fine. it probably weighs a little less, only benefit is strenght..
