Jetting Or Not

Hi guys i was wondering if my 660 raptor needed to be jetted, because i bought it off phoenix and i live in Albuquerque new Mexico, and it takes a while to start the bike.i hold down the electricity button and all it does is a zingggggggg sound AND eventually when i get it started after 3 minutes when i pop wheelies it dies out again and it takes another 5 minutes to start again . The mods i have on the raptor are a big gun pipe k&n filter. wonder if u guys can help.... I ALSO CONNECT ELECTRICITY to the battery even though its new and it starts in no time one click and its on, or when i also get pulled..

you elavation changed, which could cause it. you changed ur intake(k & N) and you have an exhaust. the exhaust and intake alow more air to flow so you need to fuel to match it. you are running rich right now and need to jet it.
