Lets hear how everyone did at the FTR race. My friend Macblaster decided to take 45 MPH flying lessons on the 2nd lap. He got back on and finished the lap. Hes o/k, just real sore.

sgaexer, You missed a good one. Met Pro400EXC (real nice guy, and fast), didn't get to meet Macblaster. Should of had Joe point him out to me on the start line. I ended up I think 7th and PRO ended up 4th or 5th out of 18 riders. The course was FAST, with a bunch of double greens and allot of bull holes (I assume thats what took out Macblaster). Very few woops, some tight stuff, some mud, and one, foot and a half deep, 12-15ft wide, very VERY COLD, water crossing!!:eek: Here's a pict of the 4stk. C class going into the first turn after the start.

Nice Pictures. If ya have more post them. I don't race Xc but i do race Mx and i am thinking about getting into Xc. It looks like it si so much fun. And a little more challanging.

Damn, i cant believe i missed that race. Damn Marcums. Oh well, you going to be at the next race DMH? I'll be there with or without a quad.

Yea, I think I'll make the next one. What happened to your quad? Joe said something about a stripped thread or bolt?

I broke a valve cover bolt that goes thru the head and into the cylinder. Well i told Marcumso take it out. When i got it back it was still in there so me and my dad tryed to drill and tap it and ended up breaking the tap in tere and those are almost impossible to drill out. So the cylinder is at a machine shop right now and hopefully i get it back today.

Congrats on 7th pace on your 1st race. Next time i'll give ya some competiion:D

Thanks, wasn't exactly my first race (ran about 7 or 8 hs a few years ago) but I'm happy with 7th and had a good time.

Broken tap! That socks.

The other Pics I've got aren't very good (need to give my kids some lessons on taking pictures:) )

Hey DMH, I am sorry for passing yah bro..hehe you took the inside,i took the outside,and never saw yah since,it was a good race though,i led it for about 5min,but missed a double green,and it messed em all up ever since, I know i coulda got a top 3,but oh well..next time...

Just payin back the faver from when I passed you!!:blah Right after the start my arms and hands started cramping up. I figured I would just fallow you for a while. (That plan didn't work!) Once you got by me, you were gone! After I ran a few miles I was ok and managed to get a couple of spots back that I lost. Was a good race though and had a good time.

Looks like i cant race this next one DMH unless i can find somebody to lend me there quad or a miracle happens and i get my piston rings in.

Where are they comin from? The only other quad I've got is the kids LT80 and I don't think you would do very good on that.

I ordered them at a local dealership, they were suppose to be here last friday so i dont know whats going on. My friend has a 400ex and he is rebuilding his rear end right now, im trying to get him to let me boolt up my rear end on his quad so i can race his quad but i dunno if he will let me.
