What is the easiest away to adjust both the alignment and camber? What are the proper measurements for both in regards to the front of the tire compared to the back of the tire?

that isa good guide but the toe recomendation is not quite right.
i've found with a honda a quarter inch works really well, but with a yamaha 0 - one-eight out works the best

Yeah, I have always heard that 1/8 inch was the best toe in setting.

read again, that is toe OUT, most people dont even think to try toe out, but i did and i like it the best
