what I have to offer is a stock swinger, stock rear shock and a twist throttle/cables, white full bore plastics, (part of full).

ya you can have the cable w/ it. Works like it should no cracks or anything. Maybe a little paint worn off where your hand rubs

Whats the ebay auction number to view/bid on it ?

is the shock link something special (lowering, change of moment, etc) ? or is it just billet, annodized and looks cool ?

You need the linkage to run this shock they call it a long travel shock (you can't run you stock linkage) plus like you said it looks cool.
It is weighted for 180 - 200lbs and you run you stock swingarm and you can use any aftermarktle swing to.
